SPICED FRIED FISH | |
4 fish steaks or fillets 2 tsp. paprika Salt to taste Vinegar Oil for frying Wash and dry the fish. Mix paprika and salt with the vinegar to make a paste. Rub the paste into both sides of the fish. Heat a little oil in a shallow frying pan and fry the fish until cooked. If you like garlic, crush one clove garlic and add to paste. |
