FRUIT FILLED COOKIES 
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 lb. butter
4 c. flour

Mix first three ingredients together. Add flour. Roll out. Cut with cookie cutter. Add 1/2 teaspoon fruit, fold over and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. I use apricot and prune filling. When you serve these sprinkle with powdered sugar.
