CORNBREAD CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground meat 1/2 onion, chopped 1 can ranch style beans, drained 1 can stewed tomatoes 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 pkg. (or 1/2 recipe) cornbread Brown the meat and onion. Drain off fat. Pour in the drained Ranch style beans and stewed tomatoes. Let this simmer for 10 minutes. Pour the meat mixture in a casserole dish, then put the grated cheese and top with cornbread. Bake in preheated oven until cornbread is done. 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
