GARLIC CROUTONS 
5 slices bread
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes. In oven proof skillet or baking pan, melt butter. Add garlic salt. Add bread crumbs. Toss to coat. Place in 300 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until croutons are dry and crisp. Makes 3 cups. Refrigerate in tightly covered jar until needed.
