PIZZA RUSTICA 
4 sticks semi-dry sausage
1/2 lb. proschuittto
2 lb. Mozzarella
2 lb. Ricotta
18 eggs, beat well
3/4 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
Black pepper

Slice all dry ingredients by hand or with food processor. Combine all ingredients.

Four tubes of Pillsbury crescent rolls or make own dough. In a large baking pan press half the dough in bottom. Put in filling and cover with other half of dough.

Bake tip. Spray pan with Pam to prevent sticking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
