1 lb. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. vanilla
32 Sunshine vanilla wafers

With mixer, whip cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Use tea size cupcake papers. Put whole vanilla wafer in bottom of each. Fill liners 3/4 full of cheese mix. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool and cover with pie filling. When baking, arrange paper cups in bottom of regular baking pans.
