MADELINE'S CHOCOLATE FUDGE PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
2/3 c. flour, sifted
1 square bitter chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat sugar and butter together; then add eggs. Beat until thoroughly mixed; add flour and blend well. Add chocolate and vanilla. Pour into a greased Pyrex pie plate (no crust) and bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream. This recipe yields 8 servings.
