PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 beaten eggs
2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. milk
1 lg. Cool Whip
18 oz. cream cheese
2 instant vanilla pudding
Nuts (optional)
Dash of cinnamon

Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup sugar and butter. Mix together and press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

Combine eggs, sugar and cream cheese; beat until fluffy. Pour over graham cracker crumb crust. Bake in oven 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and cool.

Mix milk, pudding, pumpkin and spices; fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Chill and spread remaining Cool Whip over top. (Garnish with nuts, if desired.)
