MEAT LOAF PINWHEELS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. parsley

Combine meat, crumbs, half the cheese, egg and salt. Mix lightly. Pat out meat mixture to cover 12x10 inch rectangle of foil. Combine remaining Cheez Whiz, rice and parsley. Spread over meat. Roll up starting at narrow end. Wrap securely and refrigerate overnight or several hours. Cut roll into 8 slices; place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
