BUFFALO-STYLE WINGS 
2 lbs. chicken wings, about 15
Cooking spray
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1-3 tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Remove and discard small tips of each wing. Cut wings into 2 pieces at the joint. Spray broiler pan rack with coking spray. Arrange wings on rack. Broil 15-20 minutes turning several times until wings are tender. In large bowl combine butter, sesame seeds, pepper sauce and salt. Add cooked wings. Toss to coat well. Makes about 30 pieces.

We use barbecue sauce instead of hot pepper sauce. This is a great football Saturday snack.
