1 Pillsbury German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) bag Kraft caramels
3/4 c. melted butter
2 c. nuts, pecans & walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Prepare cake according to directions. Pour 1/2 in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Melt butter, caramels and milk. Pour over first layer. Sprinkle with 1 cup nuts and 1 cup chocolate chips. Add remaining batter and sprinkle rest of nuts over. Bake 20-25 minutes more.
