HARVEY WALLBANGER CAKE 
1 pkg. (about 18 1/2 oz.) orange cake mix
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. grated orange rind
5 tbsp. Galliano liqueur
2 tbsp. vodka
5 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. confectioners' sugar

In a large bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix. Add eggs, oil, orange rind, 4 tablespoons Galliano, 1 tablespoon vodka and 4 tablespoons orange juice.

With electric mixer at medium speed, beat batter for 3 minutes until smooth and thick.

Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, then remove and place on rack over aluminum foil.

While cake bakes, prepare glaze. Blend remaining 1 tablespoon Galliano, 1 tablespoon vodka, 1 tablespoon orange juice, orange rind and confectioners' sugar.

Spoon glaze slowly over hot cake, allowing it to sink in slowly. Spoon any excess glaze on aluminum foil back into cake. Makes 1 (10 inch) cake.
