1 can sour pie cherries
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. sprinkle-sweet sugar substitute
1/3 c. flour
Few drops red food coloring
1 pkg. orange gelatin
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
6 bananas, sliced

Cook first 4 ingredients together until thick. Add gelatin, food coloring and vanilla. Cool. Add nuts and bananas. Pour into 2 (9 inch) graham cracker crumb pastry shells and top with Cool Whip.
