RICE IN SOY SAUCE 
Fry 1 pound bacon crispy. Saute 2 large onions. Saute 2 green peppers until done. Bring to a boil 2 cups water and 1 cup rice. Cook, covered, 14 minutes. Add bacon (cut in pieces), onions, and peppers to rice. Add soy sauce to rice.

The secret is in the soy sauce. Start with 1/4 cup, then taste it before adding more. It has to be just right, not enough is as bad as too much.
