2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1/3 c. hot milk

Cut the chocolate into pieces and place in a blender. Add the sugar, vanilla and salt. Then add the hot milk and process until thick and creamy.

Simple and delicious. No cooking and no mess.
