CRANBERRY ICE 
1 qt. cranberries
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. cold water
2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
7-UP, Sprite or ginger ale

Cook cranberries and 2 cups water until berries pop their skins. Run through fine sieve to make fine pulp. Add sugar, juices, cold water and unflavored gelatin. Freeze until firm, slush up with fork before serving. Pour 7-UP, ginger ale or Sprite over slush.
