1 Jiffy yellow or white cake mix
Rhubarb
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix cake mix. Cut a stalk of rhubarb into very small pieces. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Roll your rhubarb in this to coat well. Scatter the rhubarb on the top of your cake and bake as usual time. Rhubarb will bake in your cake.
