MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
4 eggs
Dash of salt
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 sticks butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Bake in 9 x 11 inch baking dish. While hot, top with miniature marshmallows. Return to oven until marshmallows melt; cool completely.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter, melted
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk

Spread on cooled cake.
