MOM'S CHEESECAKE 
8 whole cinnamon graham crackers (crush with rolling pin)
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 c. pecans coarsely chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Butter 9 inch springform pan generously. Pat mixture on sides and bottom.

CHEESECAKE MIXTURE:

3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. almond
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together softened cream cheese and sugar. Add beaten eggs, almond and vanilla. Beat all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into springform pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until firm. Let cool 1/2 hour.

While cake is cooling, mix: 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Pour mixture over cooled cake and bake again at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
