PESTO WITH SUN DRIED TOMATOES 
1 pkg. rotelle pasta
3 c. fresh basil
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. pine nuts
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. thinly sliced sun dried tomatoes, packed in oil

Prepare pasta as directed; drain well. In food processor or blender puree basil, 1/4 cup cheese, oil, butter, pine nuts and garlic. Toss with pasta, tomatoes and rest of cheese. Makes 8 servings.
