MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. soft bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. catsup

Combine the above ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well and pat evenly in a 9 x 5 inch glass loaf dish. Take a spoon and make a hole in middle of meatloaf. Brush meatloaf with following mixture. 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Fill hole with mixture also. Microwave at medium high for 25-35 minutes. Pour off liquid and let stand covered with foil for 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
