ENCHILADA TORTE 
4 tortillas
2-2 1/2 c. chili (either canned or homemade)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions, optional
Garnish: diced tomatoes, diced black olives, chopped green onions

Layer above ingredients in the following order: Tortillas, chili, cheese, onions in a pie or cake pan. Repeat with 3-4 layers. Top with garnish as desired.
