CHINESE CHICKEN 
1 chicken, in quarters
8 oz. sweet and pungent barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Chinese molasses (brown gravy sauce)
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Place chicken in a deep roasting pan. Mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Allow to marinate for several hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice. May be made ahead of time. Serves 4.
