FIG CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. figs, chopped (or preserves)
1 tsp. each of cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. oil

Beat with mixer until sugar is dissolved. Pour in greased, floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
