CHICKEN SOUP 
1 family pack chicken wings (about 3 lb.)
1/2 bunch dill
1/2 bunch Italian flat-leaf parsley
3 whole onions (skins removed)
2 carrots, sliced
2 potatoes, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Put all ingredients into large pot filled 3/4 of the way with water. Cook for 1 1/2-2 hours. Tastes even better reheated!
