STRAWBERRY BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 (16 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed, not drained
2 eggs
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. cooking oil

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in another bowl and add to dry ones. Stir carefully with rubber spatula to mix all together. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until done at 350 degrees. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn out.
