RE-CYCLE FOR VEGETABLE BROTH 
Do not throw out those lovely greens which surround the cauliflower and cabbage.

Do not throw out the tops of celery, onions, shriveled up carrots and other veggies that got lost in the refrigerator.

Re-cycle by tossing whole batch into a soup pot; add water, onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper plus any herbs you happen to like.

Boil mixture about 45 minutes to an hour. Strain; you now have the essential vegetable broth so frequently called for in cooking and it's so easy.
