PORK CHOPS TERIYAKI 
4 inch thick pork chops or lamb chops
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl; stir until smooth. Broil chops eleven (11) inches from heat about 25 minutes, brushing often with sauce.
