QUICK QUICHE 
1 (8 oz.) packaged cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 (10 oz.) can flakey biscuit
5 strips bacon, crumbled

Heat oven to 375 degrees, grease with muffin cups. In bowl beat cream cheese, milk, eggs, on low until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese. Press dough in muffin pan and up side to make shape of cup. Add bacon crumble, then approximately 2 tablespoons egg mixture. Bake 21 to 26 minutes or until biscuit brown. Top with bacon and parsley.
