ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 qt. fresh bread cubes
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. milk

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add beaten eggs. Fold in pineapple and bread cubes. Moisten with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. This is delicious served with baked ham.
