SPEEDY STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. beef gravy (jar)
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 c. sour cream dip with onion
Hot cooked noodles or rice

In saucepan brown ground beef. Drain. Stir in gravy, stir in undrained mushrooms and catsup. Add 1 cup water, cover and bring to boiling. Simmer, covered for 15 minutes. Stir in wine, gradually blend 1 cup beef mixture into sour cream dip. Return to saucepan, heat through (do not boil). Serve over noodles or rice.
