OVEN BEEF BURGUNDY 
3 lbs. beef round steak (or cheaper cut) in bite size pieces
3 cans mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 1/2 pkgs. dried onion soup
Pinch oregano
1 c. dry red wine

Combine all ingredients; bake in covered casserole for 3 hours at 325 degrees. Serve on rice or noodles. Serves 12.
