BREAD PUDDING 
4 c. milk

4 c. bread cubes

1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. nutmeg

Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake until knife inserted in pudding comes out clean at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve with sauce.

SAUCE:

Mix together in saucepan - 1 cup sugar and 4 tablespoons flour. Stir in gradually - 2 cups boiling water. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in 4 tablespoons butter and 2 teaspoons nutmeg. Serve warm.
