Bake a German chocolate cake, in a 9 x 13 inch pan, as directed. Let cool. Poke holes in the top with a fork. Pour Eagle brand condensed milk over the top. Spread 1 can Hershey's fudge syrup on top of the condensed milk. Top with an 8 ounce Cool Whip. Sprinkle 2 chopped Heath candy bars as topping. | |
