1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 box Dark Chocolate Cake mix

Melt butter, add eggs to cake mix. Will be stiff. Pour and spread out with fingers on a rectangular greased and floured pan.

FILLING:

2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton Soft Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar

Mix eggs, cream cheese real good; add confectioners' sugar. Beat with a spoon until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until done. Filling will be light brown on top. Crust bakes up around filling. Bake in a 350 degree oven.
