PORK CHOPS IN TOMATO JUICE 
Pork chops
Onion
Raw rice
Tomato juice

Brown pork chops, salt and pepper as desired. Place 1/8 inch slice of onion on top of each pork chop in roaster. Add 1 tablespoon of raw rice on top of each chop. Add the tomato juice to the top of the pork chops and cover. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Baste at different times as needed.
