CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla. Melt butter and chocolate and add to first mixture. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 30-35 minutes at 325 degrees.
