CRAB DIP 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crab dip
4-5 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 bunch chopped green onions
1/2 bunch chopped parsley
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cooking sherry
1 c. cream
Cayenne to taste

Melt butter, saute onions and parsley. Then add flour and stir. Stir in cream. Add cheese, cooking until melted. Add crab, sherry and cayenne. Warm and serve.
