CHICKEN CON QUESO 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. or 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (5.3 oz.) evaporated milk
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chili peppers
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. Doritos, crushed
2 c. chicken (3 or 4 breasts)

Take skin off chicken. Boil until meat is no longer pink. Drain, peel off bone, tear into pieces. Combine soup, cheese, milk, peppers, onion and blend together. In 3-quart casserole dish put 1/3 cup crushed chips on bottom. Top with chicken, then 1/2 cup soup mixture. Repeat layers until all is gone. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
