CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of pepper
2 lbs. chicken breasts or other parts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Paprika - dash

Combine crumbs, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper. Roll chicken parts in the mixture. Arrange in 2 quart shallow baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 20 minutes more.

Meanwhile, blend soup and milk. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and paprika. Bake 20 minutes more or until chicken is tender.
