BING CHERRY SALAD 
1 (No. 2) can (2 1/2 c.) Bing cherries, pitted
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cherry gelatin
2 c. fruit juice
2 (6 1/2 oz.) bottles Coca Cola
1 c. chopped California walnuts

Drain juice from cherries and pineapple. Two cups of juice is necessary. Bring juice to boiling and pour over gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. When cool, add Coca Cola; stir and chill in refrigerator until partly congealed. Add drained cherries, pineapple and nuts and pour into mold which has been rinsed in cold water. When firm, unmold on salad greens and serve with mayonnaise or a cream cheese dressing. Will serve 10 to 12.
