CHEESE LOGS 
1 lb. New York Cheddar Cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. pecans
2 slices day old whole wheat bread
1 lg. onion
2 cloves garlic
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce to taste
Paprika

Grind onion in food blender with garlic. Grind cheese, nuts, 2 slices of whole wheat bread in food grinder, mix thoroughly. Add cream cheese and onion and mix some more. Add sauces. (This is difficult to mix, but worth the trouble.) Shape into small balls or logs. Roll in paprika. Chill at least 24 hours before serving. Stores well in freezer.
