SHRIMP SALAD LEMONAISE 
8 oz. pkg. shrimp (Alaskan bay, frozen)
1 c. celery, diced fine
1/3 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. parsley, fresh
1 sm. onion, diced or 3 green onions, diced

Defrost shrimp under cold running water in strainer; drain well. Fold in celery.

Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh chopped parsley and onion. Pour dressing over shrimp, fold together lightly.
