TUNNEL OF FUDGE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. soft butter
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 box chocolate fudge frosting mix
2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Cream butter in large bowl at high speed of the mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Gradually add sugar and continue creaming until smooth and fluffy. By hand, add flour, frosting mix and nuts. This must be done by hand. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cool for 1 hour before trying to remove cake. You may wish to top this cake with a glaze.
