THE BEST HOT SAUCE 
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1 bottle hot sauce (your choice)
2 tbsp. hot Mexican style chili powder
distilled vinegar (a splash or two)

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add the chili powder and mix with the butter. Then add the hot sauce and mix well. Then add the 2 splashes of distilled vinegar.

Note: You may mix two or more different hot sauces in this recipe!
