TATERS 
2 lb. hash brown potatoes
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of garlic powder
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. shredded cheese

TOPPING:

1/2 stick melted butter
2 c. corn flakes

Mix all ingredients (except topping) together and place in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Make topping and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Can be prepared ahead of time, chilled and baked prior to serving.
