CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE (LO-CAL) 
1/2 c. white chicken meat (breast)
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. green beans (French style)
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 c. chicken broth

Mix all ingredients together and place in ungreased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 1 serving (1/2 cup) = 58 calories.
