CHOCOLATE MINT COOKIES 
1 pkg. Nestles' Coco Bake
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. mint flavoring

In a large bowl beat butter, sugar and egg until fluffy. Mix in cocoa bake, add flour, salt and baking soda. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Drop batter by teaspoonfuls about 2 to 3 inches apart on to greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Remove to wire rack, cool. Makes 3 dozen.
