CHEW BREAD | |
1 stick butter 1 lb. light brown sugar 3 eggs 2 c. self-rising flour 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring pecans Melt butter in a saucepan. Pour in light brown sugar. Mix together. Add eggs, flour and flavoring. Add as many pecans as you like. Pour in a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes. When middle of bread falls, take out of oven. If you don't take out of oven when it falls, it won't be as moist. |
