SAUERKRAUT AND DUMPLINGS 
5 lbs. potatoes
Flour
3 lb. pork roast
2 lg. cans Silver Fleece sauerkraut

Boil roast in large pot for 2 hours or tender. Boil potatoes, then mash. Add a little flour at a time until able to form unstick ball. The firmer the better. Add sauerkraut to meat after 1 1/2 hours.

Boil water for dumplings, then add 10-12 dumplings to boiling water. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally so they don't stick to bottom of pan. When dumplings float, they are done. Serve hot. Serves 8 people.
